2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD or CNY unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates. Quotations are valid for 10 days.
Standard payment terms: 30% Deposit upon order confirmation, 70% Balance before shipment.
3. Product Warranty
We guarantee that the parts supplied match the OEM part number provided. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the part number before ordering.
Warranty Period: 3-6 months depending on the specific part type (e.g., Engine parts vs. Wear parts).
4. Liability
TOKOT shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
